Fifteen administrative personnel available and ready to help our clients, serve them with a high level of professionalism to ensure that the best services are being provided with the best suitable rates.
More than one hundred fully trained drivers with many years of experience to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of the passengers. ISSA Transportation always ensures that the driving licenses are always valid and that its drivers are applying the local traffic laws and regulations.
A team of five technicians is ready 24/7 to maintain the vehicles. In case of any exceptional damage, a mobile garage will deliver the technicians on spot in addition to a substitute vehicle to replace the damaged vehicle.
Two customer support specialists available 24/7 to receive clients’ calls and are highly trained to solve all the issues directly.
